Christine Hodgson, from Huddersfield, judged the first round of the 2021– 2022 four-way inter-club battle, which was hosted by Stockport PS. Again there were no prints due to the Covid situation. Stalybridge PC [202 points] just edged ahead of 85 Group [201 points], followed by Stockport PS [199 points] and Bramhall PS [184points].
Cheadle Alliance Shield 2021 Fourth & Final Round
Stockport PS were the hosts for the final round of this year's four–way inter–club battle, which was judged by Sue Dobson APAGB CPAGB, who had forty–eight images to view and discuss. SPC came out on top, not only of the round, but also of the whole competition and therefore keep the shield for another year. Well done everyone who has contributed to this year's success and thanks to the other participating clubs for all the hard work which has gone into producing another well–supported competition!
The final cumulative scores for the 2020–2021 competition are:

Cheadle Alliance Shield 2021 Third Round
Bramhall PS were the hosts for round 3 of this year's four–way inter–club battle, which was judged by Rob Hockney, who had forty–eight images to view and discuss. SPC just gained the upper hand by a handful of points; thereby retaining their slender lead going into the last round.
Cheadle Alliance Shield 2021 Second Round
We were the hosts for round 2 of this year's four–way inter–club battle, which was admirably judged by Keith Barber, who had forty–eight images to view and discuss. It was an evenly fought competition, with the total scores ranging from 205 to 214 points. Stockport's images gained the most points on the night however, Stalybridge are the overall leaders, albeit by the small margin of four points.
Thanks to Keith for giving his expertise and time to making the evening a success.
Annual General Meeting
The 2020 AGM was held via Zoom; the Officers' reports, having been circulated to members prior to the meeting were all passed unanimously. The officers were re-elected, as was committee member Roy Rodgers; due to pressure of work, Emmett Doyle and David Oliver did not offer themselves for re-election and were replaced by Allan Ward and Dan Willis. As a result, the Committee for 2020-2021 is:
- Chairman - Keith Rawsthorne
- Secretary - Kevin Gamwell
- Treasurer - Mike Wheeller
- Committee - Roy Rodgers
- Committee - Allan Ward
- Committee - Dan Willis
